Stephen (Bruce) Mulkey, M.Ed, Ed.S.

Stephen (Bruce), the newest genealogist at The Georgia Genealogist, is a retired educator who worked 30 years in Georgia’s public schools, This career included 13 years as a high school principal in Adairsville, Bartow County, GA, and two years as principal with his high school alma mater Vidalia High School in Vidalia, GA.

Bruce holds an Ed.S. in Leadership and Administration from Berry College, an M.Ed. in Leadership and Administration from Jacksonville State University, and a B.S. in Health and Physical Education from Berry College

 

As Yvonne’s son, he has had a lifelong exposure to genealogy and now in retirement is diving deeper into complex research, DNA analysis, and Forensic Genealogy. Married to Tracy for 28 years, they have four children and live in his hometown of Vidalia, Georgia.
